It looks like youβd need to say a password, before theyβd open the door.
She exuded confidence, so also provided an element of motivational encouragement
Inadvertently saying that we can all be who we want to be.
(Regardless of the consequences)
She was, by definition, a translator. But also stoopid to think no one would notice.
But I agree, the AI example is farcical. It also shows that no one actually tested it.
Or worse, they tested it, knew the situation, and thought it hilarious and didnβt care about the people needing the service.
Yeah, but also⦠Remember a few years back, there was that woman doing signing on TV. And she was a complete fraud, just making it up.
No probs, Iβll break it to them gently.
I hope you had a wonderful day!
Three male figures and other decorative elements
Happy Birthday from the original (ancient Greek) terracotta guys.
@ninabake2.bsky.social this may be an interesting account for you. Lots of great historic photos
In the 1870s Germany - one of the top cement producers/exporters in the world at the time - was being used, sometimes over lime mortar. This is a stone repair, but they often did the same on new build too.
Hahaha
Much better.
Another archaeology and nature job. Looks like a great opportunity www.bajr.org/job-ad/proje...
The studebaker sing with decorative terracotta
Iβd happily have that as a feature wall in my living room.
I might get told to remove it.
But Iβd still want it.
House in two parts. The closer part is made of pinkish brick and stone, has a gable roof, and a curvy chimney on the front. The most dramatic part is the wall facing the street, which is faced with a checkerboard pattern of stone and bricks, some of which are pushed out farther than others. The other section has a hipped roof with a chimney in the center. It is faced with the same pinkish brick and the entrance is bordered with rectangular stone blocks of different sizes.
Same house, focusing on the wall with the checkerwork: a checkerboard pattern of squares made of bricks alternating with squares filled in with stone. The chimney is of brown brick and has a curvaceous silhouette.
North Euclid Ave., Oak Park, Illinois. My brick expert says this is called checkerwork.
Nice.
I wonder what it was called, prior to the invention of Checkers π
Ha
Decorative downpipes with rust stains.
Iβd be surprised if theyβre plastic. Apart from the rust stains, Iβve never seen plastic that decorative. The expensive plastic ones usually imitate plain black cast iron.
Grok, put 37 lorries on the tarmac

Unfortunately true π«©
A bearded man in a red cloak is seated at a fire. He's removed his shoes and is warming his feet.
Sending warm thoughts to those in freezing temperatures. I hope you've got a fire to cozy up to, just like this guy from the c.1260 York Psalter.
Hahaha
Thereβs βNo effort involvedβ
And then thereβs βNO EFFORT INVOLVEDβ
The lettering is carved, but thereβs a varnish over it, which seems really old, which someone has tried to remove, by the looks of it.
It would have been easier π₯΄
