New bread recipe! Gluten Free bread from the store is expensive AND not tasty. Not QUITE as tall as theirs - I think my yeast might be a little old.
I don't know what would have happened if I hadn't been able to support her. She was paycheck to paycheck before her injury, and we are the only family we have. Half my takehome went to her. That's not an option available for most people.
My sister is on disability in MN. It took TWO years to get it, proving that a broken neck and wheelchair use made her unable to work as a cook. She still doesn't have a ramp for her chair. Cut something else.
