Apple devices you use also privacy concern (at least for me), but I understand why you choose to use them. However i think google will probably not store your data securely on their servers and never share (unlike apple). So this is an issue for me
Plus looking at modern tendencies google may want to KYC you at some point in future, then it becomes personal tracker from google which is huge nono for me.
For me any device running non open source software and also has internet access is privacy concern.
Unless it is thermometer tho. But these are watches that you carry everyday that constantly scan all sort of things.
