Update: I have found a potential apartment willing to take me and Joker in, and so I have reflected the initial goal from $2.5K to $1650 to reflect the fees + first month's rent I will have to pay. In addition, Joker is getting a job as a emotional support animal to help out with rent!

In all seriousness, upon becoming one any pet fees or rent Joker would cost becomes null thanks to the federal Fair Housing Act from my understanding. I've also gotten a temp job as a general laborer to help fund said goal as well. However, if anyone still wishes to help feel free to do so!
