One of the SNA groups taking part in the ongoing HTS-led Rad' al-'Udwan offensive is Afrin-based Turan Tugayı, which as far as I know is the only non-Syrian SNA brigade... it's made up of Central Asians and is affiliated with Furqat al-Hamzah/the Joint Force
