The other day I talked with someone whose wife arranged visit to 30 schools, got 15 registration forms, and follow up with six entrance tests for their kid's elementary.

I don't understand why a lot of people are so rude during interviews. We're trying to get the best people into our company. We're interviewing them as much as they're seeing us as a good colleagues or not.
What's with this culture?
