It is. I'm Canadian and went through chemo last year for breast cancer. At no point did I, or my medical team, make treatment decisions based on cost. The most I paid was for my coffee or lemonade during treatment. I cant imagine the burden of needing to factor cost into care.

FSDOs (local FAA field offices) do lots of compliance and enforcement around aircraft maintenance and operational issues. I'm not speculating on the cause of the crash, just informing that the FAA does more than just air traffic control.

Same but opposite over here. Just finished neoadjuvant chemo and double masectomy for next month. Ovaries and tubes are getting chopped out in the spring. I have one sister whose negative and waiting on results for the other. Fingers crossed its just me who has it 🤞

Oh hey mines also BRCA1! But good God the amount of times I've had to tell people no my BC at 34 wasn't due to the vax, and mRNA didnt change my DNA, and my mom got BC at 32 in 1996 so 34 was relatively good, like it's all so exhausting at this point

I was in a small BRCA gene support group that suddenly exploded with this nonsense. Like a gene that everyone in the group would have had at conception decades ago. And yet, this was still entertained! Drove me so mad I couldn't stay!

Right? Just ticking time bombs giving me nightmares and panic. Faster they get tossed the happier I'll be.
