The federal government is executing American citizens in the middle of the street for exercising their constitutional right to freedom of speech.

A partial government shutdown is increasingly likely following the fatal shooting of a 37-year-old ICU nurse by a Border Patrol officer, an incident that has hardened Democratic opposition to a Department of Homeland Security funding bill that includes money for ICE and Border Patrol.
The Star Tribune reports that federal agents "attempted to order local police from the scene" where a man was shot and killed by feds this morning, but Minneapolis Police Chief Brian O’Hara refused and "instructed his officers to preserve the scene."
