In that I don’t believe he EVER won an election, that would suggest that he was cheated in. I also believe he was supposed to win a consecutive term by this arrangement but it was miscalculated. Then SOMEHOW they cheated him in again in an UNLAWFUL MANNER.
Laws are just suggestions to these people.
