A fear seems to be that if pricing drops I wont be able to afford a new home. But if pricing drops all around, then your next purchase is also cheaper. The diff should almost be a wash for the home seller. Loss of real estate wealth is really only a concern for generational wealth transfer.

Those are my words. In a functioning scientific world, you could trust that there was a lot of good science that brought them to bring reading for clinical trials. Today? Maybe not so much.
They do clinical trials (CT) based on plausible evidence. A very long process even before the CT. There are studies, experiments, and they do non human trials as well. Before they get to CT they have a really good feeling that they have something that'll work. But, a not low % of those trials fail.

Students have time to do their work away from the class, and it highlights one student who did use AI before turning it in, and she caught him. So yes, students can use AI and then hand write it after. The key is in her ability to detect they used AI and are not applying their own thinking skills.

I disagree. She did a good job catching him in several lies and backing him into corners.
Of course he lied his way through those and never acknowledged anything. But slowly, way too slowly, more people start to see the lies for what they are.
Either Vrabel (massive turn around) or Shanahan (coaching a team to the playoffs after nearly everyone was injured) should get this.
0/10 for Chloe's human.
