Recommending the Blue Giant Soundtrack by Hiromi for listeners of Japanese Jazz. Hiromi is an incredibly talented Jazz pianist and this OST doesn't disappoint.

Found out about a jazz-themed anime on Netflix called BLUE GIANT thanks to @outlawvern.bsky.social and now I'm gonna write it up for my next @stereogum.bsky.social column. It's a really engaging story of earnest young musicians, and the soundtrack (by Hiromi) is legitimately good.

Yea for me it's the insight that people in these companies probably deeply care about servicing their clients, but they don't know that they're failing. The "sink" might be everybody thinking "I'm sure it's covered somewhere" and it rewards the org with some artificial financial success metrics.
