Age of Empires 2

I mean, come on. Best RTS ever, right? I don't play RTS games so much nowadays (mostly because I SUCK at them at a certain level), but this one got me hooked for a very long time when I was a teenager. Classic

Banjo-Kazooie

It's sad what has happened to Rare. They were the best in business back when N64 was kicking around. Banjo-Kazooie is pure whimsy and adventure, the OST is incredible and the level design and progression is top-notch!

Papers, Please

I think my love for indies started with this one. On paper (pun not intende), it's a simple observation and puzzle game, but the overall theme and ambient is SO WELL DONE and engaging that you can't help but fall in love with it immediatly.

Borderlands 2

I've fallen out of love with the saga a little after pre-sequel,but it would be a disservice to not include Borderlands 2 in this list, given the amount of time I've spent with my friends there. Weekly game with @menhdel.bsky.social and @xabigazte.bsky.social was mandatory. Good times

Day of the Tentacle

I can clear this game in two or three hours I think. I've played it a ton and it's (imho) the best graphic adventure game developed by Lucasarts in that era. PERIOD. You can also play Maniac Mansion in it so DOUBLE WIN.

Phoenix Wright Ace Attorney: Trials and Tribulations

Every Ace Attorney game is awesome, but TT holds a special place for me cause its storylines and cases are a culmination of the previous two games. I still prefer the cornered theme from the first game, but oh well...

Bueno, y quien no! Lo importante es no fustigarse por ello y aprender de lo sucedido para no repetirlo si es necesario!

En realidad la base es bastante simple, se complica si metes las teorías y movidas de cada objeto y demás. Un poco como el lore de cualquier souls xD

Secret of Evermore

I had lots of SNES games, and played A TON of that console (I think that one and N64 are my top consoles ever), and this game holds a special place in my heart. I haven't completed it ever, but I've tried to so many times and enjoyed it so much that I can't not put it in the list

Perfect Dark

Speaking of nostalgia. This is another one. My cousins and I played this game on a weekly basis for a year or so before having dinner and going to extracurricular classes. Perfection.

Super Mario Bros. 3

I'm old as balls y'all. This is pure nostalgia and so many childhood memories with my sister, my aunt, my cousins and friends from school relate to this one. Still haven't completed it, tho!

Persona 5

All hail the king! Persona 5 is one the top JRPGs for a reason, and everybody should play it at least once. I played it after visiting Japan, so it triggered my nostalgia for the country HARD. AND THE MUSIC, OH MY GOD.

Bloodborne

Soulslike with a very heavy Lovecraftian vibe? SIGN ME THE FUCK IN. I'm a souls junkie, so almost everything FromSoftware makes is right up my alley, but the visuals and mechanics of Bloodborne are something else.
