My dad was born in 20s for instance, so I could be Canadian citizen. If he was born after 1940 we would have to look to see if other rules apply to make me eligible

Also true if your parent was born a very long time ago and was from Canada - I think cut off is 1940.

I grew up near the boring part of Topanga Canyon Blvd. Even where it goes though town (Woodland Hills, Canoga Park, Chatsworth) it really only ever feels like a stroad. Has no real “boulevard” section.
