Something I’ve been trying to tell people in my life is there is no safe or right way to exist safely under {fascism|authoritarianism|whatever}. There is no logical course of action you can follow that will prevent you from being targeted, intentionally or by chance, which history shows repeatedly.

I've been curious about deadstock or the fabrics end up not being used. I know there's whole markets of them overseas that would make it much cheaper to get something high quality for far less. How do you find deadstock?
