Right now, this is the final form of the Kestrel MK2 "The Sure Thing"

Something about those rear tailfins complete the look. 3x plasma shock accelerators, a beam laser with thermal vent and a corrosive multi-cannon seem to work well with this one.

She's twitchy compared to the other ships I've been flying recently and the new MK2 Plasma Shock Accelerator shows a lot of promise. #EliteDangerous

There's always something both calming and unsettling about flying through a Titan graveyard. Makes you wonder when we'll next encounter these beasts...

Taking the Caspian Explorer into the black - or rather more into the green on this occasion.

She's proving to be a well-rounded explorer at the moment - still got a whole lot of jumps to make though before coming to a final conclusion...

To me it's like the Defiant and the NX-01 did the deed whilst in spacedock and this is the end result 😁

Few more shots of the upcoming Caspian Explorer. There's definitely some aspects this ship does better than the Mandalay and some aspects the Mandalay does better than this ship. #EliteDangerous

So. Fun fact. If you play the game Elite Dangerous, you can actually find Voyager 1 in game. I haven't taken the trek out there yet. But I want to go find it soon.

First day in the Elite Partner Program and I get to play with this gorgeous thing - the upcoming Caspian Explorer - she's not a bad ship and she's proving to be not "just" an explorer.

Been playing a little bit of this recently - "Peak"

It's a co-op hill climbing game essentially - both adorable and bloody frustrating in equal measure...

Not had a crash yet but several 2+ minute jumps between my current home system and Jameson Memorial.

Swapping between open and solo didn't seem to do anything to help either

Is it just me, or is it taking a bit longer to jump between systems today in #EliteDangerous?

Don't mind me, just draining the local settlement for all it's titanium and steel supplies...

There are many Panther Clippers MK2 being shown today. But this one is mine. Yet to receive a name and still undergoing it's shakedown cruise, so far this one is overall looking like a welcome addition to the hanger, in spite of a few minor issues.

I'd like to take a moment while I'm screaming about helping people and disability to address the #EliteDangerous community directly about something.

Supercruise Assist and Auto-Dock are as much Disability Aids as anything else. I'm FUCKING TIRED of people being called lazy or stupid for using them.
