I knew I’d love it when my translation came in, but it immediately hit my favorites of all time shelf as soon as I finished it. I listened to the anime soundtrack while I was reading it, too.

Finished 3/11. Not my favorite of the series thus far. I appreciated character development, but it felt like everyone had a cliffhanger and there were too many loose ends. The heist aspect wasn’t as riveting as I’d hoped. It was fine, but I’m hoping the next one is better. 💙📚

Just watched a video of Matthew Lillard, and he was sipping on a Bloody Mary. I haven’t missed alcohol at all, as I’m not a drinker, but mannnnnnnnn I know now what my first drink will be after I give birth.
My husband loves the series and we decided to trade off books we think the other must read: I read DCC and he reads Red Rising. Very different vibes lol. I’ve heard the audio is SO good, but it’s only on Audible :(
