There's something very funny to me about the idea of saying "I'm old enough to be your dad" to a grown man with a full time job.

This person is technically young enough to be my child and yet here they are, paying taxes.

Stricken with the sudden realization that I am old enough to have feasibly fathered a legal adult and have been for a while.
