Hey folks we have an unfortunate announcement this year, Woods-flock: Camp Cosmic will be postponed till next year, due to venue maintenance.

We will still have a smaller, free, camp-out that weekend however, so we can still see folks!

Hello folks! and happy Halloween! We are so happy yall came to Fall Fest this year, it was sweet.

HOWEVER, we wanna know how yall feel we could make it better! Let us know here: woodsflock.com/ffsurvey

If you purchased a group ticket for Halloween Hollow, we will be going at around 8pm after the group dinner. If you didn't get a group ticket you're still welcome to join us, you'll just have to buy your own.

Please don't turn up before 3pm on Friday, and honestly we will likely still be setting up/decorating at that time. You are welcome to stake a claim on your camping spot and get set up yourself though!

General registration will open August 29th (to coincide with our friends at Mephit Furmeet). Makers Market applications will open August 18th, and if you're interested in being a Volunteer you can apply any time!

Finally! I know, it took forever but Super Sponsor & Sponsor Registration for Woods Flock 2026 is open! You will have about two weeks before everyone else to make your accommodation reservations as well. Peep the incredibly AWESOME design for our shirt by GoH @ItsMaeMagic !

In other words, if you're a returning member you save $20 thru October, but if you miss that you can still save $10 til 2 months before the con, when the price goes to the standard of $60.

Good news for our returning attendees - August 29th-Oct31st you will have access to the "Premier" rate of just $40 for weekend registration! Everyone else's Early Bird rate is $50, which will be good thru Feb 10th.
