Molecular and epistatic interactions between pioneer transcription factors shape nucleosome dynamics and cell differentiation - Nature Communications Here the authors describe how a pioneer TF reprograms cell identity, highlighting how it establishes new networks building on the set of key TFs present in the cell, pre-existing nucleosome fragility ...

Happy to share that the major part of my postdoctoral work in @pablonavarrolab.bsky.social and Michel Cohen-Tannoudji’s labs is now out @natcomms.nature.com - with the precious help of Agnes Dubois (and many others). www.nature.com/articles/s41...

Yes I know the list, thx. Science is great but cats are cute, especially Calico females since they are a beautiful example of X-inactivation (sorry for the cat gif 😏)

Quick question without having read this one and in need of reading again the previous one… didn’t you previously pinpoint to issues in trophectoderm derivatives rather than PrE?
Thx!

Epigenetics This Mooc aims to provide basic knowledge of what is considered epigenetics and to increase our knowledge of genetics, heredity and relationships with diseases.

Happy to share @cecerelab.bsky.social mooc on epigenetics. My small contribution was focused on the only important aspect of this word (πŸ˜‚)….

WHAT DO YOU THINK WE ARE SPEAKING ABOUT?

There are many cool stuff. If I had to give one and only one I would go for Wei Xie. What his lab is doing in early embryos is stunning.

Yeah. We should catch up some day. We have nothing cooking directly on this but I was always fascinated by this property of CTCF and other TFs. Also, need to explore your paper in more detail but seems mince-seq gives the impression of an even stronger CTCF effect. Maybe just the selection of sites?

Congrats. Very nice. Personally very happy our observations and suggested ideas derived from Mince-seq hold single molecule scrutiny. elifesciences.org/articles/47898
