I'm wondering, is there a whole wheat version of tortilla's ? I gain a good amount of weight since eating the regular store bought ones o.o (not to mention trying to manage the carb load and then I'm only talking about flour tortilla's, not corn)

Get some higher dose melatonin. Over there 5mg is normal and OTC. It's perfect for jetlags according to the label. I use 2mg extended release prescribed melatonin for sleep

@spacecrinks.bsky.social I have the size 18 & 20 of the little keeper sleeper, the 20 is kinda big and stretched from drying outside, the 18 is brand new and needs to be broken in cuz its a bit tight in the neck, but since i'm 71.6" I thought the 18 would be a better fit. Which size do you have ?
