He's the most one-note dude ever. Like yes we know they need to dig in. It's your job to coach them to it if it's not there. You probs shouldn't have to do that with professionals, but that's why coaching jobs exist.
And since my raised beds are 2 feet high and most annual plants don't have super long roots, I tend to treat my raised beds more like containers, especially since the ground underneath is sand and rock mostly.
I think as long as you're getting quality mushroom compost then it should work pretty well. Just keep an eye out to see if your plants seem to be less than thriving and if so consider adding a balanced fertilizer/plant food (for annuals) at least once during the season, particularly in containers.
It can be great, especially if you don't only use only mushroom compost year after year. Are your plants in ground, raised bed, or fully containerized?

This feels like a helpful primer for understanding AI in general. It makes programmers more efficient on the front end because they can generate more code. But it makes them less efficient afterwards because it vastly increases the amount of time they spend tweaking and fixing bugs.
