yeah I keep hearing this about the gameplay. That's the thing keeping me from starting it! I'll probably check it out regardless, but I'd love it if there were a trendy girly cute game that was completely cozy
which leads to next week working on my submission for New Gen and the music video.
I've pretty much given up releasing merch before the con because I have absolutely no time or momey to invest in stock lol
my schedule this week:
-figure out what to wear for video shoot
-continue to mix and record vocals, master the whole song (deadline is the 21st)
-start working on performance costume upgrade
-get most of the cover art done
-video shoots Sunday
welp lesson learned, I'm going to have to save up to get a better condenser mic or rent out a studio booth next time which is hella expensive.
sadly for Shikou there isn't much I can do for now, but maybe I can put it through an effect filter or reverb it more?
no matter what I do the vocals from my blue yeti just don't seem to have any depth. I've tried boosting the bass but it just makes it sound like it's peaking 😢

my full-time job has recently and unexpectedly been severely burning me out. I'm soooo close to finishing the song! But I want to make sure I don't cause my health to worsen trying to finish it on time.
just a bit of an update: Shikou's release date has been pushed back three weeks to 12.27.2024 due to health reasons
