Today I want to talk about Jess’ Rule and Martha’s Rule, two new initiatives across NHS England that I think are really important and you should know about.
Tl;dr: if your symptoms are not improving or getting worse, at home or in hospital, you have the right and Drs the responsibility to review.

No. I've chucked the full mug in my bag (which then gets jammed sideways into my pannier bags). Zero leakage - if I make sure it's actually closed. This is sometimes difficult to see so I usually tip the mug over over the sink just to make sure (also to expel any liquid sitting above the seal).

I'll speak up for the Emsa travel mug. It comes apart and goes into the dishwasher for cleaning. It does not leak (*). And I find it comfy to drink from.

(*) I did put it into my bag open once causing some spillage, but it feels I was the mug at this point.

Please do make sure to clear the space within range of the pole on the ground. 300 degrees also cause nasty burns.

Net zero immigration would not assuage my concerns; I would be worried. It means disrupting the lives of those already here, discouraging others from coming here and driving away those that can leave these soggy shores behind. A net zero migration Britain is not a successful and positive Britain.
