I was just telling people if you want to see into our future look at Indonesia or Nepal but there is another version as well since we aren't exactly the same as those countries. I guess it pairs well either way a Charlie Kirk quote about guns.
“Gender and race significantly impact how individuals experience and navigate compounded forms of prejudice and discrimination in (and out of) the workplace.”
“Canvas neighbors and local businesses. If you can get there before the cops do, you just might retrieve what the police are trying to hide.”

I can't be mad at her, that's how it's set up but...why should I care about her in the future?
She got what she wanted for HER state and that is all that matters in US politics. Get what you want for a small number of people you are beholden to, screw everyone else.

Uh huh okay this was all over the place 8 days ago "moderate" so let's see why she voted yes to destroying the deficit even more and throwing millions off their healthcare.
thehill.com/homenews/sen... Lisa Murkowski says she has thought about switching to Democratic caucus
PBS on Trumps Big Deficit Bill:
"The decisive vote? Sen. Lisa Murkowski of Alaska."
Am I imagining things? Did I see a bunch of news media try and hype her up to potentially switch to being a Democrat last week treating her like she was a patriotic moderate choice?
I don't want AI content. So far all of it has been trash. It's just as soulless as I'd imagine it would be if you told me this was how life would be like 30 years ago.
Not what I'd expect to hear in city center Oakland but a coworker said they've been having different musician play here for decades. They're actually really good.
I just want more serious socialists to win 😬 I don't care about party anymore.i want them to give me their all.
If ever was a good time to sing New York!!!!
Set an example lead the way. This should get real interesting now.

Finally started our garden. It's a work in progress but I'm proud we initiated the process so now it can grow and we can add additions and learn as we go.
Now if only I got all caught up with Bleach I'd be completely caught up watch everything.
I finally finished Inuyasha The Final Season, I've watched them all. That was the best season out of all of them. Can't believe it took me decades to finally catch up to one of my favorite anime's but I fell off back when I couldn't afford keeping up with the DVD collections 😅
"Every American citizen is now a target.." cool cool cool very cool strategy I'm sure it will go over wonderfully.
I don't watch Food Network anymore but Anne Burrelll was one of my favorite chefs. Way too young with good energy to be going so soon but I guess we all have to face our time when it comes.

There's this never letting go of decorum and snuggling up to fascism as long as it gets rid of those pesky marginalized people who keep wanting wealth redistribution. We need to be careful of that.

One thing o would have written about if I had time right now is the difference in who is considered acceptable protesting at the moment.
You notice certain demographics are absent for a good reason, demographics that largely lead protests and were criticized for it before.
Totally didn't miss out on going. I don't feel the need to be present and cover stuff like this anymore, which is good. I'm glad so many people are mobilizing, and there's hyper localized reporting even if it's citizen reporting in certain smaller cities.
Despite the negative changes we do adapt.

I'm so interested in how these events plus the after effects of the fires changes LA.
The normies are marching.
Realistically I probably won't start consistently posting content until fall or end of year. My reorganizing project has taken years, and it's included a vast database and evergreen project. My grand goal is focused on being prepared for the 2026 election and beyond.
I'm not going out today. I starting feeling sick yesterday and while I'm feeling better today I'll keep it to myself. Good luck to all of you protesting I hope it stays peaceful today.
I thought they might be. See even our little town has been active over the years I thought they might. Looks like that's how civil activism is going to be, local. Which is good.
LOL that's how I was reading it. A lot of words to say no to authoritarianism. Oakland and San Francisco have protests too. As a matter of fact I bet other cities do as well. A lot more scattered cities have been doing their own protests instead of coming here. So they might all have diff styles.
They are providing the signs. They claim it's because there won't be enough room but I think they just want to control the image and keep the optics vague anti-Trump.
So the Berkeley No Kings protest organizers are saying there's an alarming number of people signing up. They emphasize no violence, staying on the sidewalk, don't bring your own signs but bring American flags because, the theme is taking the country back. Mmmmkay. Good luck with that. We'll see.
