Goonies is one of my favorite movies. He never wanted to watch it before until his friends had a movie night. Now he likes Goonies, also.
"Kids sounded like kids" keeps echoing in my head. Wonder if today's 2026 kids sound like kids???
My son is 35. He finally watched Goonies with a group of friends. Says what stood out is "the kids in the movie sounded like kids." Compared them to Stranger Things where he thought the kids sounded like adults.

#alevelmaths there was an investigation into modelling daylight hours with trig - might have been use of maths. Can anyone remember where to find it or what it was called - I think it looked at uk, Melbourne and somewhere near the equator???

Whenever I make a habit of this, it always makes me feel more positive about my job. It’s lovely to scroll through and see what everyone else is doing too.
This year I want to be more like Jesus: Hang out with sinners. Upset religious people. Tell stories that make people think. Choose unpopular friends. Be kind loving, and merciful. Take naps on boats.
