I'm a law professor--I teach legal writing and lawyering skills. I write on rights--human rights, civil rights, voting rights asylum rights. I am a wobbly stand up paddler, paddle surfer, and yoga-er. My husky Deshi is a therapy dog and law school icon.
I hope this happens David. I recall that lawyers in military service and at the State Department spoke out against the Bush government's detention and torture regime. Some of this was not revealed until litigation and congressional investigation. My concern is that these lawyers have been purged.
FedSoc doesn't need to file briefs, because they've dominated judicial appointments so thoroughly that their judges write the decisions. Plus--it is not partisan for an organization of lawyers to take a position in an amicus brief on the Constitution and citizenship.

First—cheers and congrats! Second—I vote 2 because it does not emphasize any of the words. Third—because dismissal has fewer letters it seems more emphasized by the spacing between the letters. Wonder if there is some font or spacing fix?
