My grandparents live through WW1 and WW2 and everything up to 1997. My Dad lived through WW2, Korea, Vietnam and everything up to 2019. I've lived through everything from Vietnam to now. I hope there isn't a trend in there.

The more I think about this (having watched "Haghead" & his General yesterday) the language they're using is way beyond propaganda. It's mentally ill, religious, American Exceptionalism beyond anything I've seen. They're now in Ecuador; planning Cuba. Bravado creates mistakes. WW3 will be a mistake

And Iran has had a corridor between them and Russia. A rough and wild relationship which has recently been more pragmatic. They present no risk or reward. It may have connections but it is not something that will pay dividends -especially hitting only civilian targets. It makes no sense.

I need to call upon my colleagues who are far greater experts in geopolitics than I am. But, it doesn't make any strategic sense to attack civilians in Azerbaijan. Unless they are trying to pull in Russia, but that has zero chance with such an approach. Putin won't bite! Me smells something fishy.
