Ken, Ive always watched Olympic sliding sports at a depth of "ooo, he went fast!" It was wonderful this year to understand the people behind the uniforms, the venue and equipment. Thanks for sharing your insight and skilled writing to these games. Would LOVE to see you credentialed in France.

Skeleton question: curious why some of the athletes pushed off from the center side in relation to the bobsled tracks, while others pushed from the outside. Is this a left/right dominant thing? We figured they'd all do it the same way to get optimal position into the first turn.
