Is it “the monkey that...” or “the monkey who...”? Anyway, he killed my dad
@verosthewriter
Psychologically focused, character driven, socially conscious fantasy. Literary agents, ask for details. Sorry, I'm not commissioning art. He/him/his. BLM. Pro-LGBTQ+. Anti-genocide, no matter who's doing it. Down with white patriarchy. AI is unwelcome.

One is a popinjay, but the other is a popinvulture.
CW: talking about porn
I felt a little self-conscious writing a buttsex scene, because it's so stereotypical for a guy to do - but this scene feels different. I realized it's because the man isn't even physically touching the woman, so it's all about her pleasure, not his. I feel better about that.
I'm working on my taxes and one of the possible deductions I can click is "I welcomed a child." I've never reproduced, but I still had to wonder, what if I only grudgingly accepted that child?
Resharing this because @dyre.bsky.social makes some truly important points about horror, and in an articulate and eloquent manner.
I really hope you recover quickly and get out of that oddball environment soon!
Sometimes it's hard to focus on my job when I have so many unusually fun things going on in my not-job life. I insist that you pity me.
Flo immediately develops a romantic interest in Peter because he listens without judging her on an issue that has their entire team on edge and gossiping. The emotional safety means everything to her.
That, and his ability to screw her without dying.

Happily! Art this good needs to be shared.
And I hope your birthday is great and your year ahead is even better.
A drawing of a fowldyr character that belongs to Eraili Fowldyr are a closed species created by Stasanie (me) A drawing of a winged deer-like creature with a pelt in shades of cream, gold, and brown. His wings are lined with jade coloured feathers with gilded edges. Around his neck is a thick green rope from which many jade beads and tassels hang. He stands in a shallow pond with red lily pads scattered across the surface. Swaying red willow branches streak across the canvas.
Danny & Ross commissioned this scene depicting a tender moment between their dragons - a pothos inspired dragon and a beetle inspired dragon. The larger dragon gently caresses her lady in waiting, putting weight on the leaf to draw her closer.
A commission for bardybirdy featuring the OC Errai. A drawing of a dragon posed against a starry blue night sky. The dragon is mostly dark shades of blue and purple with golden accents. She has large feathered wings and a curved crystal horn. Her neck curls around a comet, her golden claws gently caressing the comet's tail. The radiant light of the comet casts serpentine rays that mimic the stylized flow of her mane.
A digital drawing of a pink deer in a stylized forest scene. The grass is glowing shades of yellow, orange, and soft reds. The bushes in the distance are blue, and the night sky is speckled with stars. A pink fawn looks curiously at a glowing star that has fallen from the sky.
Today is my birthday!! Would you like to celebrate with me by sharing my art? 💚
Dear god, that's a lot. Sending hugs.
I'm curious to know about these very specific opinions. I fancy myself an appreciator of such things.
Damn, that's hot, and your technical skills are really impressive!
I'm having trouble believing that the first one is a painting and not a photograph, and even more trouble believing the third one is a painting. Your work is amazing!
"War Queer" sounds like it would be the most amazing band on Earth

Drohim's interrogation of captured mercenaries isn't going very well, so Rhugada helps.

I enjoy your art even when it is bereft of boobs and lady-wangs.
This is what it feels like to post on BlueSky.
This is fantastic.

Several of the MCs in Prophecies are 1) ashamed of their harmful actions, 2) sincerely trying to do better, and 3) awkward as hell. Alakshi is on the receiving end of a lot of it. Still, she tries to give her friends the benefit of the doubt.

Redemption is a big theme in Prophecies - even good people screw up hard, and it's what they do to make things better that makes them good people.
In Grinks & Co., Laylee reinvents herself as a sexual person after recognizing and rejecting her home community's BS sexual hangups.

I'm Fox. I don't wear accessories, unless you count neckties. Everyone looks better in a tie, even me.
On others, I also like nose/eyebrow/snakebite piercings (it depends on the person, really) and intelligent, well-executed tattoos.

For me, the tone and genre of the story are a major part it what decides the ending. I generally prefer endings that are happy, at least hopeful, or suggestive of ongoing growth - but horror stories can be a big exception.

Damn right.
This is what real romance looks like.
I just looked up what it is, and now I want one. Or several.
Your technical skills and your costume designs are second to none.
I love that she has a helmet, even if she's not wearing it at the moment. There are so many fantasy warriors who cover everything except their heads, and it makes no sense.
Also, the quality of your art is terrific.
So beautiful!
This is beautifully illustrated and worded, but I'm so sorry you have to deal with this.
