I definitely consider myself lucky but also I’ve had trouble sleeping again. Last week was probably one of the hardest weeks I’ve had in a decade.

Forgot it’s my birthday week and I haven’t even made my yearly doodle. Feels like a bit of whiplash, January this year has been the saddest I’ve experienced. I try to focus on the good in the world too, it just seems everything has been extra shitty.
