We argued that although the political affiliations of these influencers remain ambiguous and difficult to determine, they have become de facto contributors to China’s quest for global reputation in a digital age.

In this study, we focused on the self-presentation strategies and discursive frames used by #nonChinese #politicalinfluencers who support China on Twitter (X).

Notably, among the three domains examined, technology diplomacy and digital diplomacy exhibit relatively weaker ideological confrontation characteristics, positioning them as potential focal areas for international tech diplomacy engagement with China. #China #TechDiplomacy #ANR #DigiSov

Those findings also demonstrate that tech diplomacy, as an emerging field, remains conceptually fluid in the Chinese context. While influenced by official discourse, it has yet to coalesce into a unified framework. #China #TechDiplomacy #ANR #DigiSov
