sometimes it just takes a couple of lean weeks and you can find yourself with your back to the wall scrabbling to raise money to pay a bill.

we have the rent to pay and could do with your help so we can pay it. things are looking up at the shop but February is always a tricky month

We haven't put much out recently, but watch this space: 2026 is shaping up to be a productive year.

We've been writing new songs, and we're lining up gigs. There are also plans to record soon.

We hope to have the honour of your company on our journey.

If you're anywhere near the leafy north London idyll of Bounds Green/Wood Green/Ally Pally on 6th July, we (The Dark Coast) will be playing at Myddleton Road Festival in Bowes Park as part of the Bowes Park #Folk Club lineup. We may even play some open tunes sessions, so bring yer weapon.
