I have moved from the “How am I going to write a paper on this topic” stage of research for my SBL paper and am now in the “How am I going to write a paper instead of a whole book” stage.

I don’t think they have released the list of conference speakers, but I can at least say that I’ll be there presenting on why the label ‘Semitism’ is dumb when talking about language phenomena in postclassical Greek. That’s the basic gist but I’ll say it ✨fancy✨
