Since then, these weapons havenβt changed and their use remains indiscriminate and inhumane.
Israel warned residents before bombing a building in northern Lebanon, but the notice came with too little time to find safety. People fled in panic, fearing the war has reignited.
Two schools are nearby, and the attack could have cost several families what they hold most dear.
