I will forever be proud of the work I did with NARAL and all the wonderful people we brought together along the way. I promise to keep up that fight for you in the State Senate. π

Great to meet you too, and perfectβwill look into it! π
Letβs talk about single-stair reform. β¬οΈ
Grab a drink with me on June 6! β¬οΈ
Iβm running for State Senate because the people who got us into this mess are not going to get us out of it. Join our fight for a better future and be sure to like and share! ππ
To make our government more inclusive for everyone, we need to make structural reforms. So thankful for the conversation tonight with @chicagogrowthproj.bsky.social and the work weβre doing to build community across all parts of the city.
Happy to support! Wish we had more time to chat!
I have been at many protests over the years but I havenβt seen a crowd this large in a while. Donald Trump and Elon Musk are throwing the country (and the economy) into a tailspin and people arenβt having it.
Big fights aheadβletβs keep this fire within us going.

What does βcommunityβ mean to you? To me, itβs about fighting for your neighbors. Whether weβre talking about building more housing, better health care, or just having a good time in the neighborhood, Iβm so glad to be building a better tomorrow with you all!
Dick Durbin has shown he has no spine, backing a funding bill supported by Donald Trump and the GOP. This isnβt leadership β itβs weakness.
We need bold Democrats who wonβt fold under pressure. Itβs time to replace leaders who refuse to fight for our values. thehill.com/homenews/sen...
How would you reimagine the public transit system in Chicago? Thankful to everyone who joined the salon tonight on the future of transportation! Hope you can join us at another one soon. πππ²
In this moment, Democrats need to find a spine and get to work for the people they represent. The playbook of the past hasnβt worked for decades. Itβs time to do something differentβFIGHT.

Last night, we had an excellent salon about art and pushing for societal change.
The main question: βWhat is the role of artists?β Art is an incredible unifier that can bring people together, and even though we all process things differently, itβs a great starting point to relate to our neighbors.
I have hope for whatβs to come in 2025 thanks to people like Karen and our friends who are fighting for a better tomorrow. Iβm so lucky to celebrate the first salon of the year with this group and continue supporting our neighbors!
Forty years ago, the federal government ignored the AIDS crisis and we lost an entire generation of LGBTQ leaders.
On #WorldAIDSDay, Illinois needs fighters at the state level who will fully fund orgs on the frontlines, support inclusive sex ed in schools, and end this epidemic.
We need more spaces to be together and build community, right?
Come join me in my new group, the Chicago Salon Club!
Iβm hosting salons to discuss hot topics, chat over dinner and drinks, and learn from each other. Sign up! And see you soon! docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1F...
Each of us has a story so important to tell. Especially in the turbulent times ahead, Iβm ready to fight like hell and build a better tomorrow.
Iβll keep doing these all across Chicago in the year ahead. Join me! And letβs get to work!
Through the year weβve covered hot topics like the role of nonprofits, the corporatization of health care, and mediaβs role in holding elected officials accountable. And thatβs just the tip of the iceberg.
All year, Iβve been hosting βsalonsβ for two reasons: 1) to celebrate all the wonderful people in my life and 2) to foster a community space where people can discuss and share ideas freelyβall over dinner and drinks.
