I was right. This was probably the best Gorillazβ¦ THING in a long time. Itβs obvious the people making it wanted to make something they truly loved and thought the world needed to see in these trying times, and I really hope Gorillaz stick to that. Now to listen to the album itself :3

The Gorillaz story has finally gotten the most interesting itβs ever been since Plastic Beach. The recent stuff has felt remarkably more Jamie Hewlett than before.
I wonder if this means a return to form for Gorillaz? Huge if so, I missed the world building focus of the first three albums.
