I can understand the suggestion that greater influence may have been possible but the assertion of lying to public and congress still unfound
The only one of that I recognise is Rafah which the issue was a lack of planning on reduced harm to civilians which was upheld by the administration, with leverage, and ultimately altered IDF operations. That is not a lie at all
