Calls to accelerate funding for community buyouts in Scotland Land reform campaigners and community landowners have called for a Β£25 million annual fund to maintain Scotland’s "world-beating"…

Spend on the Scottish Land Fund over almost 25 years is less than the cost of 1 mile of the Edinburgh tramline. It's time to celebrate the incredible levels of regeneration it's achieved and think about an increase in investment in the next Scottish Parliament www.heraldscotland.com/news/2552487...

Japanese govt is not investing in Scotland. The Fund it has put will buy land & Β£ goes to landowner - a transfer payment, not an investment. Most of the cost of planting trees will be paid for by public grants & tax breaks. & this will increase conc pattern of landownership. Happy days.

Yes this is appalling the abandonment of environmental protection in England with the new Planning Bill

Thanks to the SNP this isn’t going happen in Scotland. Planning is devolved & we (like the EU) will keep the EIA process

Remember this Scotland in 2026 we can’t trust Labour with our environment
