A remarkable judgment, in which the Lady Chief Justice finds that MI5 gave false evidence to three courts. I'm surprised this hasn't had more media attention - it seems quite serious to me.

It is a sad sign of the current situation in the USA that standing up for the rule of law is considered ‘going scorched earth’ - lawyers should not have to choose between remaining employed and respecting the rule of law :/
Turns out the government’s strategy of ignoring expert advice and continuing the woeful underfunding of criminal justice is working just as well for them as it did the previous lot.
They are so helpful and friendly - strongly recommended
