SAME lmao it’s awful, between my adhd and ed on top of my anxiety and depression, it’s SO hard to eat at regular intervals, to eat good food, etc 😵‍💫 smoothies are good for me bc I find it easier to sip than chew, it takes less focus and I do it more unconsciously so I can eat while I work!
