Just for argument’s sake, how would you structure a wealth tax for Washington? When would it kick in? Would it be worldwide wealth? What would be the rate or rates?

WA's does have a spending problem: it's called roads.

Once you get that to that frequency, you really aren’t bothered by a wait and you certainly don’t need a schedule. I disagree vehemently that 10- or 15-minute frequencies don’t require a schedule. Still feels like an eternity; that’s not “turn up and go”

As they say, “frequency is freedom”
