My big Friday column was a good one this week, I feel, and within it, I included a fascinating random learning from last night: It seems that Marvel has renamed Reborn: Ultimate Impact??? But only very slightly???

But it was hidden on a comic I don't read, Tim!

I really, really love what Juan Ferreyra is bringing to Absolute Superman. His storytelling is so interesting and exciting. In particular, the way he had Talia Al Ghul slash through the gutters separating her from Ra’s Al Ghul in issue #17 just ruled.

That book is straight up cooking now.

This episode was funny as hell. People sleep on how funny The Pitt is, for real!

Gut reaction, but this week’s might have been my favorite episode of The Pitt yet. Just a million standout moments, and most of those are just Princess hitting on Nick the radiologist.

Also, shouts to Shawn Hatosy for killing it directing that episode!

Yeah. It's Peter Panzerfaust 2.0. All this has happened before, all this will happen again.

That's definitely part of it. It's also the ongoing cycle of people occasionally equating low print runs with high value (regardless of pre-existing demand), which is the opposite of the Absolute business.

I'm not sure if that would be my takeaway from this, beyond the fact that that's long been a key part of what Dark Horse has done.

My hope is it's just marketing/positioning rather than the actual show, and I'm hoping if it leans in the direction you suggested it is, it's more Rebel Ridge and less Taylor Sheridan.

Can't wait for Greenstone.
