Oh wow, it's "Bogart movie?" I had no idea.
I am currently running 4 groups. All of them play once every two weeks, always the same night of the week, and it works beautifully.
I have a friend who runs a group that plays once a month, but not on a consistent schedule, and every time we play he has to ask everyone's availability. It's awful.
I thought it was just me...

Range with even a shortbow is 320', you just have disadvantage after the first 80'.
So, the PCs with bows attack while the cleric heals.
