Just thought I'd let you guys know, but for the address confirmation form, the add-ons question is required and there is no 'none' option, which means folks who didn't purchase an additional add-on but are asking about their main bundle can't submit anything!

If I'm being fully honest, the situation with Maghni AI has put me off of backing crowdfunds ever again.

It was my first ever contribution (of $290 nontheless) and that's money that I'll never get back, even with my multiple emails.

My nostalgia for Oliver was taken advantage of...

Essentially it’s a lot of factors!

I can’t blame any one person, but I do believe Vocatone should increase their accountability and transparency for the health of the entire project.

If as a top backer even I can’t get solid information, It means everyone else gets even less.

It’s not right!

One other factor, updates are not giving the full picture and as a backer I have no real idea about Maghni’s progress through official channels.

The website is there but blog updates have been minimal and are missing a lot of specific information and transparency about their current roadblocks.

All that has been said is that the money went towards physical merchandise (likely due to tariffs) and it is Vocatone‘s sole responsibility currently, but transparency through the whole process of has been essentially zero.

As far as I understand, no one has been paid as they should (developers mostly) and we don’t know as backers where exactly the entire $40,000 from the campaign went.

Just to clarify, incase anyone will misread, YOU SHOULD STILL SUPPORT MAGHNI!

The current devs are working very hard to keep things running with their own hard earned money.

All I’m wanting is a way to DIRECTLY fund development + transparency of where the funds are going.

I’m excited to be able to support myself and feel strong enough to live my life for myself!

The biggest peace is knowing that once I’m at the end I can finally put time and money again into my special interests without worrying about if I can manage it or not.

I got my driver’s license which was a big step for me.

I overcame a lot of mental hardship, and have benefitted alot from not being as online as I used to be.

I want to make art again, but for the next two years I have to focus on my studies and training.

My computer is still as dead as a brick, there is no saving that data.

I applied for nursing school, and also became a CPR instructor!

I want to help people, and I want to make art, but I realized the only way to do that in this economy is have a stable job.

All I can ask for at this point is complete transparency and the ability to support the people ACTUALLY attempting to develop and bring MaghniAI to completion.

As a clarification, I don’t hate or despise anyone involved in the project, but on the basis of where development has ended up I am forced to make my stance known.

A lot of the actions that have happened in Maghni’s development up to this point I simply can’t morally agree with.

Enough is enough.

I will still use MaghniAI if/when it comes out.

To the current dev team and those still dedicated to seeing the project to completion, I will continue to support you.

I can’t make art right now, but once I can, I want to continue making works related to my special interests including MaghniAI.

At this point, I am not proud of where any of my funds have gone. I don’t regret it for a second, I gave because I wanted to, but the result is not worth the time and energy that I put into supporting Vocatone under the assumption that the money I gave would support MaghniAI’s development team.

I put $2,300 of my own money into MaghniAI and Vocatone over the course of the Indiegogo campaign, as well as personal donations I made after the fact.

MaghniAI, particularly due to Oliver, is one of my biggest special interests only second to Nekomura Iroha. It brings me such immense joy and personal satisfaction, but every single update since has only gotten worse and worse.
