These are kind of amazing
I've been focused on plants and gardening, and also interested in sewing and garment creation, and NOW I'm segueing into learning to code. Hopefully this interest is as prolific as the other two!
Also I made a crochet sunhat (all hail the finished project!) (not featured is my very first quilt)
You've got children's books published!! Dude that's so so cool! I'm putting this on my wishlist <3
the cover of Frankie and the Curious Cocoon Quest - frankie the scary fairy stands on a branch in a tree, looking up at a bunch of puffy moth cocooons. she's holding and dropping LOST PET posters featuring a drawing of her pet wooly bear
My next early reader comic, Frankie and the Curious Cocoon Quest, is now available for preorder!
The 32 page hardcover book follows Frankie the scary fairy as she searches for her missing pet wooly bear - who just might be a moth by the time Frankie finds her. ππ

MERE MOMENTS
before a storm warning whacked my phone, the skies clouded over, and a steady rain began it's deluge.
Try again tomorrow, friends. π
Oh, heck. Y'all can have a garden update as well! This one's on me π
We were beset by rodents, groundhogs or rabbits monched many of my peas, the tops of half my tomatoes, and trampled my turnips. Still, she's thriving. :)
Plant update! Repotted a bunch of my houseplants that have survived my negligence once again! Behold!
Oh, the bees are just the best.
I'm in bed exactly on time. This is the beginning of something! π€£
It's not done, but it's planted.

Have you seen the cat cafe in Ltown yet?!
Oh, bet. I was hiding from social media for a wee bit so I never shared my seedlings! Mostly tomatoes, peas, and peppers rn. I hucked some turnips in with my peas yesterday, hope they get along alright.
Behold! My dirt and cinder blocks! Observe! The peas beneath their protective mesh. Gaze Upon In Wonder!
It was gorgeous out and I need more time!!
It's gardening dayyy. Pics to follow.
Sometimes you get garden space before you get other supplies. Hopefully these old seeds will germinate.
Sometime next week I'll be visiting a local seed library. Building raised beds. Planting a cold frame out. These are the goals! Spring is coming, let's goo.
yo! I just got a complement on your work yesterday, on the pocketbook I bought a bit ago- it's holding up great btw <3
I keep snapping at my piles of clutter and mess and they just wont clean themselves! Hm... I'll keep trying
Idgaf Iβm still fighting for guaranteed healthcare.
Aspiration is the answer. Not just βweβre not the bad guys.β
We need something more meaningful than that. I want a future worth fighting for. They have no vision. We do. Lean into our strengths and knock them out. ππ½
Hello! If I keep saying I'll do it, I'll totally make and post another SAHM vlog that nobody cares about! You just wait, it's coming. Eventually...
I'm working on my toddlers "educational curriculum" and I'd like to include a second language practice - does anyone know any free resources/favorite YouTube channels we can use for a toddler and her mom learning Spanish (I know a good bit but I'm not fluent)
Thanks in advance!
A pair of dolls for my daughter, a handful of ducks I've already cut the pieces out for, a quilted pillowcase... Those are my current ideas
A bit of cheese in these trying times?
Today I'm going to tackle a doom-pile in my bedroom and set up my sewing machine for the first time in almost a year? And then maybe actually make the small stack of projects I've been dreaming of? Let's go 2025!
Also re: people yelling about Xiaohongshu
Imma need all American folks to sit down and reflect with arguments about how China is bad because of their genocidal activity, killing of political adversaries, and suppression of radical speech.
Monday is MLK day.
to be fair they did used to have an episode of crash course.
I've got two partial quilts to work on, and then I may venture into making a dress for my little!
On other fronts, I'm dipping my toes into landscape design in an attempt to educate myself until I can afford a formal education.
