Two characters are on a boat in the middle of some kind of tempest. One of them is a bat, perched atop the crow's nest of the mast. He is wearing a poncho and has rain splashing against him as he points down and yells at the second figure. This second figure is a male chupa wearing an orange rain slicker, yelling back up to the bat as he struggles to hold the line of a sail being blown fiercely by the wind. Upon closer inspection, we can see the bat is being an asshole about his hat being blown away, and he somehow expects the other guy to get it for him. So rude.

A Texas county rejects moratorium on data center development The 3-2 vote from Hood County commissioners Tuesday came after they received a letter from a state senator saying they did not have the power to issue a moratorium.

"They warn the project could consume up to 1 million gallons of water per day at full buildout, worsen air quality in a region, pave more than 1,000 acres and increase noise, light and traffic."
