Very blurry image from the passenger seat of a car at 5 am. But the sky is beautiful! It's pink at the horizon, then mering into a bright white before blending into a cool almost periwinkle blue.

My fave skill building tool is what I call sketching- writing a moment in time to practice the craft & to pull that memory later and plug into a finished piece (like an artist sketching). We went to the Atl Airport (i did a bit of people watching). & on a hike I got some nature descriptions

I saw a squirrel fattening up for winter. This morning, we picked up my husband's best friend from the airport and then took him to one of our favorite waterfalls. I went to the bottom of the falls this time and found the water full of river snails! Sorry no pics. I was too into it 🤣 #getoutside

My daughter was diagnosed with covid and pneumonia today. Along with Dr visits and chest xrays, I still had laundry, dishes, dinner, and work to handle. I managed to find time to daydream and put another 1000 words into "It's Not That Serious" but I need a nap #prayforhealing #writerslife #writer
