I acquired a set of sound cancelling head phones. Had them a few days now. And they are terrible at doing the sound cancelling part. And then, accidentally, I pressed a button that I didn't know what it did. The sound cancelling activation button. Sometimes I'm my own superhero. Works great now.

I think I know why photophobia has been a bigger than normal thing the last week for me. I started a med a week ago and one of its possible symptoms is light sensitivity.
