If people do that the narrative should have a reason to revisit the areas, like a quest going back, otherwise it’s just busy work. If you get automatically guided back there I think it’s quite cool and gives a sense for progression.

All of these poor people are victims of the same fascist movement sweeping the globe, while the fascists proclaim the victims are enemies of each other.
