PM Law's sudden closure leaves staff and clients in limbo Staff and clients say they are desperate for answers following the sudden closure of PM Law.

This has caused a rumpus thus week. Hundreds in South Yorkshire affected with, in many cases, their money apparently missing...might be nothing to do with it directly but might explain cold feet 😬πŸ₯Ά

I wish I could go back in time to 1978 when XJ Kennedy & his family moved next door in our little village in Yorkshire, England. His son Matt was in my class. I'd never met a real American before. What a thrill for 8 yr old me. If only I'd been older. I'm still in touch with Matt πŸ™‚.

I remember student teacher Miss Lane from London & she supported West Ham. She played us Tubular Bells & we made choc eggs. She was magical 😍.

Thanks once again to the Times Higher for reminding us all - hundreds of job losses and the evisceration of entire disciplines later - who the real victim is in all of this.

Trumpian? Have you seen your leader's latest social media posts? Populist & as grubby as Farage. How did the Greens allow it...?

Is there a difference between how Reform & the 'new' Green Party do politics? πŸ€”

My 'working class' experience evidently very different to yours.

It was nothing to do with limited horizons for me & my siblings whose working class parents wanted the best. It was not having the opportunity for grammar school (no 11 plus & no one to push), going to a sink school. It was not having anyone in the family to mentor. It was not having books at home.
